Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re building the next-generation freelance marketplace, inspired by platforms like Fiverr — but designed for the AI, Tech, Blockchain, and Digital Innovation community. Our mission is to connect tech freelancers, digital nomads, and businesses with projects that shape the future of digital work.
We’re now seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive high-quality traffic, grow user acquisition, and position our platform as the go-to hub for cutting-edge digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Generation & Growth Marketing
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, etc.) to increase targeted website traffic.
Build and optimize paid ad funnels for both freelancers (supply) and clients (demand).
Create and test lead magnets, landing pages, and email capture strategies.
Content & Social Strategy
Manage content marketing efforts to drive organic visibility — including blog posts, case studies, and viral social media content.
Collaborate with design/video teams to launch performance-driven TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns.
SEO & Conversion Optimization
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink outreach to rank for marketplace-related keywords.
Implement A/B testing and analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to optimize user conversion flows.
Community Growth
Build and engage niche communities (Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram) around freelancing, AI, and tech.
Partner with influencers, micro-creators, and online communities to expand reach.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and user growth.
Present data-driven insights and continuously iterate to improve performance.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
Proven record of driving measurable growth for startups, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong understanding of funnel design, digital buyer psychology, and content virality.
Bonus: Experience with AI, tech startups, or freelancer platforms.
