Remote Growth Hacker
About the role
We’re launching a next-generation Fiverr-style platform designed for the AI, Tech, Blockchain, and Digital Innovation industries — connecting digital nomads, freelancers, and tech-driven companies around the world.
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Hacker to build, scale, and engage our online community, while driving massive traffic and user growth for the platform.
This role is for someone who lives at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, and thrives on turning small ideas into viral growth engines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
Design and execute creative growth experiments to rapidly acquire freelancers and clients.
Use a mix of viral loops, content marketing, paid media, and referral systems to boost traction.
Identify new acquisition channels (Reddit, Discord, TikTok, IndieHackers, etc.) and test scalable tactics.
Optimize the entire funnel — from awareness to activation, retention, and referral.
2. Community Building & Engagement
Build and manage online communities (Discord, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on freelancers, AI talent, and tech founders.
Launch community events, AMA sessions, challenges, and referral contests to increase engagement.
Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, and niche creators to grow organic reach.
Create and manage incentive programs that reward active members and contributors.
3. Content & Viral Campaigns
Design viral growth campaigns (e.g., “Freelancer of the Week,” leaderboard contests, community highlights).
Work with content creators to launch social media experiments — especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Integrate storytelling and social proof into every growth initiative.
4. Analytics & Optimization
Set clear growth KPIs (traffic, signups, engagement, retention).
Use analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and uncover insights.
Continuously A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and referral systems to boost conversion rates.
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
Form growth partnerships with tech communities, online educators, and AI tools.
Drive affiliate, influencer, and co-marketing collaborations that lead to measurable growth.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in growth hacking, community management, or startup marketing.
Proven track record of growing early-stage startups, SaaS platforms, or marketplaces.
Experience with viral campaigns, referral systems, influencer growth, and community marketing.
Strong understanding of funnel optimization, analytics, and user acquisition tactics.
Familiar with tools like Notion, Zapier, Discord bots, Webflow, Airtable, GA4, and marketing automations.
Bonus: Experience with freelance marketplaces, AI communities, or digital nomad ecosystems.
