Sales Development Representative Part Time

Overview: We are actively seeking a results-oriented and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, creating opportunities, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
   • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

2. Qualification and Needs Analysis:
   • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
   • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their fit for our products/services.
3. Appointment Setting:
   • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
   • Ensure a smooth handover of leads to Account Executives for further engagement.
4. Sales Outreach Campaigns:
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales outreach campaigns.
   • Utilize email marketing, social media, and other channels to drive engagement and interest.
5. CRM Management:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead qualification in the CRM system.
   • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion.
6. Continuous Learning:
   • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape.
   • Attend training sessions and actively participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and initiate conversations with key decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
